Senior Sales Representative – PropTech (Social Housing)

Location: Hybrid / Remote / London

Alix is a mission-driven proptech company using AI to transform housing. We’re looking for a proven sales leader to drive growth in the social housing sector.


What you’ll do

  • Sell innovative technology solutions (repairs/digital transformation) into housing associations & councils
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing
  • Build senior stakeholder relationships and align to strategic goals
  • Apply MEDDIC or similar methodology to consistently hit targets

What we’re looking for

  • 3–5+ years tech sales experience (repairs tech / proptech a big plus)
  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Skilled at engaging C-level and senior housing stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker, trusted relationship builder, excellent communicator with strong values
