Job Description
Salary - £65k - £80k + Bonus (£100k+ OTE)
The Role
• Lead on agreed SP accounts and paid engagement providers
• Aim to increase Business Relief inflows by £5m+ per account from the previous year
• Inflows from SP accounts to generate c40%+ of team formulaic target
• Identify and onboard new SP clients with £10m+ opportunity
• Screen new inbound SP clients and paid engagement enquiries
• Organise and execute SP events (internal and external)
• High level of activity i.e. presenting at webinars, F2F presentations, events and roadshows
• Advanced level technical knowledge, understanding and expertise of tax-advantaged investment
• Run relevant training sessions for SP and wider retail sales team
• Present at internal sales team meetings (create and present own content)
• Create and produce written documentation
• Demonstrate role model behaviours
• Work closely with the wider sales team to align on and execute Strategic Partnership initiatives
• Explore market trends to uncover new opportunities/topics and generate content ideas
- Representative at industry and networking events
Skills / Experience
The ideal candidate would have over 3 years+ tax-advantaged investment sales experience (VCT/EIS/BR) as a Business Development Manager and/or within a Strategic Partnerships division.
Ideally the candidate would also have wider investment sales experience i.e OEIC and Investment Trusts.
IMC qualified and/or RO2 and RO3 would be very beneficial
Advanced level Excel, PPT and Salesforce.
