The Job: On behalf of our client, we are seeking a
Service Administrator & Sales Support individual
to play a key role in the daily operations of a busy service office. You will support the Service Controller with scheduling and general administration, while also assisting with marketing and sales support. Your responsibilities will include: Allocating work to administrative staff and engineers Acting as first telephone contact for service support calls and logging these calls Managing the planner board and uploading monthly servicing information Handling purchase orders, raising invoices, and closing jobs on the Protean system Ordering and booking parts, and managing month-end stock input Processing and responding to customer and supplier invoice queries Inputting data and generating reports on their CRM Compiling quotes and following up for customer authorisation Assisting with marketing calls, telesales, and mailshots as directed by the MD Performing general office duties such as filing, postal tasks, and handling truck rental and sales calls Keeping management updated on any issues or developments The Person: Our client is looking for someone with: Strong organisational and planning skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities High attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities Good time management skills Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office applications A customer-focused and professional approach The Location: Avonmouth, Bristol (100% office based) The Pay: £13 per hour The Contract: 3 months temporary (opportunities to potential permanent role) The Hours: Monday
Friday, 8am-5pm 42.5 hours per week with 30 minute unpaid lunch
