Our client is a leading name in affordable housing, known for rewarding high performers and investing in career growth. They're launching an exciting new development in East London and need an experienced Shared Ownership Sales Consultant to drive sales from day one.
If you're a confident sales professional with shared ownership experience and a track record of exceeding targets, this is your chance to make a real impact.
You'll be the trusted advisor guiding first-time buyers and investors through their shared ownership journey. From initial enquiry to completion, you'll combine consultative selling with commercial savvy to match clients with their ideal property-and smash your targets while doing it.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engage qualified leads and uncover client needs through consultative conversations
- Deliver compelling, tailored sales presentations that bring properties to life
- Guide buyers through the shared ownership process with clarity and confidence
- Negotiate offers and close deals that exceed revenue expectations
- Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
- Proactively generate new leads and opportunities
- Proven track record in shared ownership sales or property sales progression
- Commercial acumen - you understand margins, targets, and what drives results
- Consultative selling skills - you listen first, then solve problems
- Resilience and self-motivation - you thrive under pressure and bounce back quickly
- Exceptional communication - you build rapport easily and inspire trust

Compensation & Benefits:
- Basic salary up to £39,000
- Realistic OTE of £55,000
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays
- Tuesday-Saturday schedule (10am-5pm) - enjoy your Sunday/Monday off
