About the Role

Hawk3 Talent solutions are currently working with a leading importer and retailer specializing in natural stone and tiling products. Our rapidly growing and reputable client operates multiple showrooms across the UK, and are currently seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Consultant for our Harpenden location.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the company in our showroom, providing expert guidance and support to customers throughout their buying journey—from initial consultation to post-sale advice. This role combines excellent customer service with product knowledge and sales expertise in a consultative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Offer expert advice on our product range to meet customer design briefs and project requirements. Identify solutions for customer tile projects by recommending the most suitable products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships, managing the sales process from enquiry through to order completion and delivery coordination. Collaborate within a dynamic team, sharing product knowledge and technical insights. Handle customer communications via phone and email, process payments, arrange sample dispatch, follow up on sales leads, and provide aftercare service.
