VANRATH is delighted to be partnering again with a Major Distribution Service in recruiting a Soft Drinks Sales Executive to join a growing and dynamic team based in Belfast. This company values staff development and progression.
Experience with Drink Brands/Food Service Providers is highly preferred
Salary - £28,000 + Company Car & Fuel Card + 10% Bonus + Hybrid Working
Hours - Mon-Fri, 09:00-17:00 - 3 days on the road / 2 days remote
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer portfolio to meet sales, shopper, and brand objectives within set parameters.
- Implement national plans locally to ensure distribution & activation align with brand goals and support TGM targets.
- Develop collaborative customer partnerships based on customer needs, translating sales & brand objectives into actionable business plans, ranging, and activation strategies.
- Coordinate with Brand and NPD teams to stay informed of key customer points & menu cycles.
- Work with commercial planning and activation teams to ensure all activities align with company and brand expectations, managed via CBP systems, budgets, and TGM metrics.
- Provide data for internal and external reports within deadlines.
- Use insights to maximize brand distribution, visibility, and availability, setting targets and conducting gap analysis.
- Monitor competitor activity and report insights to enhance channel understanding.
- Manage financial elements, including debtor days, credit queries, and invoices, resolving issues within 35 days.
