The Opportunity

Looking to play a key role in building a more sustainable construction industry? Join us as a Sourcing & Sales Manager and play a key part in advancing circular construction solutions.

• In this role, you’ll take the lead on sourcing reclaimed CDM materials, making sure we meet demand with a strong focus on quality, value, and sustainability.
• You’ll build and manage relationships with suppliers and customers, keeping close to the market and sharing insights on trends and opportunities.
• We’ll look to you to support both the commercial and operational side of the CDM lifecycle, helping to drive performance while ensuring materials and suppliers stay compliant through regular audits, sampling, and site checks.
• You’ll also work closely with teams across the business, from Operations to Technical to support product development and innovation.
• You’ll analyse performance, manage forecasts and budgets, and ensure we’ve got accurate data to support planning and decision‑making.

• You’re commercially minded, organised, and comfortable working across multiple priorities.
• You enjoy building strong working relationships and are confident in managing suppliers, analysing data, and identifying better ways of doing things.
• You’re passionate about sustainability, and excited to work with materials that support a circular economy.
• You know how to collaborate across functions, bring people with you, and influence without needing authority.
