About
A trainee specification sales role securing specifications for an award winning range of lintels and structural support building products, from architects, national & regional house builders and high-rise developers across the Greater London area. Package: Competitive basic salary with a quarterly bonus scheme, hybrid company car, 25 days holiday, pension, enhanced maternity and paternity pay, staff rewards and discounts, employee assistance program, life assurance and a health cash plan Territory: Greater London and the immediate home counties Products: Lintels, brick slips and structural building materials Customers: Architects, national & regional house builders and high-rise developers THE ROLE – Specification Sales Executive: * After a thorough induction and training programme you will be tracking residential new build projects through Glenigans and an in-house CRM system * Securing specifications for my client's industry leading range of lintels and masonry support products * Tracking and winning projects with architects, house builders and high-rise developers * Working alongside colleagues who manage the relationship with the merchants and distributors that your projects are back-sold through * You will also have a first class technical support team that will assist you with drawings and plans * You will be part of an exciting and growing team, that should be able to offer scope for career progression THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT – Specification Sales Executive: * You will either have some sales experience from within a construction sales environment, this could be internal sales * Or have a construction degree (architecture would be great) and some commercial experience * Either way you will be committed to carving out a career in field sales within the construction industry * Someone that my client can train, develop and progress within the business * You will be driven and ambitious with a can-do attitude, and first class communication and presentation skills OUR CLIENT: * An established and leading UK manufacturer of building materials * Part of much larger European group, that can offer career advancement and progression * Achieving impressive sustained growth through expansion, acquisition and innovation * Winners of a numerous industry awards and accolades * A company that promotes from within and can offer a clear career path and scope for progression Apply Now!
