Remuneration: £55,500-£65,000 Neg. + 20% Bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid car or £450 per month car allowance + full benefits package
The role involves:
- Field sales selling heating, ventilation, and renewables products
- Targeting social landlords, housing associations, and local authorities
- Specification-led sales process from specification to distribution
- 70% of time influencing specifiers within social housing providers
- 15% winning specifications with housebuilders/housing developers
- 15% managing relationships within distribution and merchants
Key responsibilities include:
- Securing new social housing projects and managing existing relationships
- Working on projects from £50,000 to £500,000
- Aiming for circa £1.5m of specifications in year one and £2.5m in year two
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven track record in social housing specification sales
- Knowledge of social housing frameworks and regulations
- Technical understanding of heating, electrical, or ventilation products
- High energy, negotiation skills, and team orientation
