Sr. ServiceNow Pre-Sales Consultant
Remote – Canada | Permanent, Full-Time
Join a growing Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice with a leading Canadian organization. In this role, you'll collaborate with the Sales team to design and present tailored ServiceNow solutions, manage proof of concept (PoC) engagements, and support the development of proposals and technical documentation for large enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical contact for Sales and prospective clientsConfigure and maintain ServiceNow demo environmentsLead discovery sessions and present tailored ServiceNow solutionsSupport the creation of sales proposals, scope of work documents, and RFP/RFI responsesTranslate business requirements into detailed technical deliverablesBuild and maintain strong relationships with enterprise stakeholdersMust Have Skills
3+ years in a ServiceNow consulting or pre-sales roleExperience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM,CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, or ITOMProven experience leading PoC (proof of concept)engagementsand discovery workshopsStrong presentation and solutioning skills for enterprise clientsNice to Have Skills
ServiceNow CIS certificationsExperience working with C-level stakeholdersFamiliarity with enterprise sales cycles and proposal development
