Recruitment Hunters are recruiting a Student Recruitment Consultant for their HIGHER EDUCATION client based in Birmingham (2 Roles available) . These roles will be consultative sales roles placing students onto Degree Courses, so we are looking for experienced sales professionals from the Education Sector. The Student Recruitment Consultant role is predominately a telephone-based sales role responsible for efficiently managing all leads through the student recruitment funnel, from initial enquiry to enrolment. Specifically, the Student Recruitment Advisor will: · Guide new prospective students (domestic/international) through the application and enrolment process, communicating across multiple telephone, email, and direct message channels. · Ensure outstanding customer service is delivered to all, ensuring that enquiries, applications and enrolments are recorded and distributed per partner procedures and service standards. · Meet recruitment targets, ensuring that conversion rates from application to enrolment are maximised.
