Lead and coach a Sales Development Representative (SDR) team, fostering their professional growth. Report regularly to management on SDR performance, providing detailed insights on inbound and outbound activities. Participate in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring decisions for SDR positions. Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding and ongoing training sessions. Conduct weekly coaching sessions, covering workflow, prospecting and qualification, and communication methods (email, calling, follow‑up). Monitor outbound prospecting and inbound calls, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement. Resolve routine operational issues and act as first point of escalation for SDRs. Align SDR activities with departmental and company policies, GTM strategies, and performance metrics. Identify performance trends, communicate concerns to stakeholders, and recommend plans for improvement when needed. Lead team huddles, meetings, and training sessions, promoting MRI standards and constructive action. Document quarterly feedback (PDP) for SDRs and present to management for review. Assist in process improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows, and presenting recommendations to management.
