An established engineering and technical services company in Solihull is seeking an Technical Sales Administrator to join their busy office team. You'll play a key role supporting sales operations, technical support, and procurement functions, helping to maintain quality standards and drive customer satisfaction. Role & Responsibilities:
Maintain ISO9001:2015 Quality Control Procedures and ensure compliance with health & safety and customer standards Manage and respond to customer compliance requests efficiently Use software packages (SAGE, Quotewerks) to handle stock control, procurement, and inventory management activities Handle customer enquiries and liaise directly with customers and suppliers to support sales and operations Conduct site visits as required to support customer relations and technical service delivery Prepare quotations and provide sales support including sales analysis and reporting Carry out general administration tasks related to operations and sales support
