The Role: You'll be joining a friendly and knowledgeable sales support team, where you'll play a key role in helping customers find the right solutions for their needs. This is a technical role with a strong customer service focus - you'll be: Handling incoming product enquiries Understanding technical requirements and advising on the most suitable equipment Preparing quotes and pricing information from technical drawings and product specifications Providing technical guidance over the phone, including support during equipment installation The Person: No specific industry experience is required, but you'll need to demonstrate: A strong technical aptitude - mechanical or electrical engineering background is a big plus but very open to industry!
