Technical Sales and Applications Engineer Our client is looking for a highly motivated Technical Sales and Applications Engineer to join them at a time of rapid growth for their company. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and motivated Salesperson with a strong technical background in relevant scientific disciplines. The company is a cutting-edge DPSS laser company supplying compact single frequency solid-state lasers in the UV and NIR spectra to high precision industries including semiconductor metrology, spectroscopy, microscopy, and bio-tech instrumentation. Their customer base is global, ranging from academic to industrial customers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside their innovative engineering teams. You will develop consultative peer-peer sales relationships with clients who are often leaders in their field. With a technical background in a scientific discipline and an interest in lasers and optics, you will apply your expertise to support their customers throughout the world. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the marketing team to find and develop new clients across the globe but with particular emphasis in the UK and European markets.
