Technical Sales Engineer

We have the pleasure of recruiting for a Technical Sales Engineer on behalf of our well-established client who are based in Tuxford.
The ideal candidate will come from a manufacturing or fabrication background with a clear ambition to develop professionally and personally at a rapid pace.
This is a full time hybrid role with a salary of £40k- £50k DOE.
This pivotal role bridges the gap between technical expertise and customer engagement, playing a vital part in understanding customer needs, building lasting relationships, and driving company growth.
You must have a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites and events as needed.
Key responsibilities: Sales & Business Development:
Manage and grow existing customer accounts through regular communication, gaining a deep understanding of their processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing value-added solutions. Travel to customer sites, both within the UK and internationally, where necessary, to build relationships, assess opportunities, and support business growth. Technical Expertise
Interpret and understand engineering drawings, specifications, and a wide range of sheet metal fabrication processes.
