In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for securing profitable engineering contracts by developing technical and commercial proposals, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Proposal Development: Lead the creation of robust technical and commercial proposals, ensuring they are cost-effective, competitive, and aligned with customer requirements. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact during the sales process. Sales Pipeline Management: Evaluate enquiries, conduct bid/no-bid reviews, and proactively follow up on submissions to convert opportunities into contracts. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate technical, commercial, and financial risks in project proposals.
