Job Description:

We are seeking a Technical Sales Manager with a background in Lighting to join a market-leading manufacturer. This role offers autonomy, uncapped commission, remote working, regional travel, and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities within Kent, East Sussex, and West Sussex.
• Collaborating with marketing to generate leads.
• Building strong relationships with clients through face-to-face meetings, phone, and email.
• Providing lighting product solutions, including some design responsibilities.
• Carrying out quotations and follow-ups with the commercial team.
• Traveling 3-4 days per week to meet clients, with quarterly office visits.

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Technical Sales Manager or similar, with a background in Lighting.
• Willingness to cover a patch across Kent, East Sussex, and West Sussex.
