The Role:
We’re looking for a young, dynamic, and driven Technical Sales Manager to lead growth in the UK and Irish markets. You’ll represent a respected European brand offering high-performance wax emulsions and paraffin-based solutions across a wide range of applications — from wood-based panels and packaging to construction, specialty industries and more.

- Lead product trials and demonstrations with customer production teams.
- Be the vital link between clients and our internal teams (R&D, logistics, and production).
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company at industry events, technical seminars, and trade fairs.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Wood Technology, or a related technical field.

- A self-starter with strong communication skills, commercial awareness, and a proactive mindset.
- Able to manage your own schedule and work independently with full ownership of your territory.
- Willing to travel regularly across the UK and Ireland.
- Driving license required (UK or Ireland).
What We Offer:
- A growth-focused role with direct influence on business success and market expansion.
- A supportive, international culture where ideas and initiative are valued.
- Onboarding and product training from experienced colleagues across Europe.
- A competitive salary (30,000–£50,000), performance-based bonus, and long-term career prospects.
- The chance to work in a stable, future-proof sector with strong market demand.
