Overview Midlands & North Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth and increase market share in GB, focusing on M & E contractors selling into the residential market. Responsibilities
Drive growth and increase market share in GB, focusing on M&E contractors selling into the residential market. Generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets. Negotiate and manage complex sales processes. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in the M&E / Residential markets Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles. Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets. Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales process. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: £45,000 - £70,000 Bonus: 20% 25 days holiday Car or Allowance Comprehensive training, opportunities for personal growth, flexible working arrangements
