Technical Sales Manager

The Position
As a key member of a small team, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact across a variety of business areas. Your responsibilities will include:
* Owning the sales process for a diverse range of products and services, from developing roadmaps to closing deals with customers.
* Demonstrating the value of Company solutions to rail industry stakeholders, showcasing how they can transform the UK rail network.
* Building and maintaining relationships with senior decision-makers and influencers in the rail sector.
* Providing thought leadership to customers, helping them understand the potential of complex products and services to drive innovation.
* Cementing the Companys’ position as a trusted technical advisor to its’ customers.
The Candidate
As a potentially suitable candidate you should be a driven and capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced, autonomous environment. You’ll need:
* Proven sales experience in technology, consulting, or a related field, with a passion for applying your skills to the rail industry.
* Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to build compelling cases for products and services.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage and influence customers at all levels.
* A collaborative mindset and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver outstanding results.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary: £40,000 to £60,000 per annum (depending on experience).
