Due to continuing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team to drive growth and increase market share in GB, focusing on M & E contractors selling into the residential market.

· Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in the M&E / Residential markets
· Understanding of ventilation systems, HVAC products, or mechanical engineering principles.
· Strong sales acumen with a proven ability to generate leads, close deals, manage long-term client relationships and achieve sales targets.
· Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to manage complex sales process.
· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Salary - £45,000 - £70,000
Bonus 20%
