OverviewTechnical Sales Manager – Hybrid role in Cambridgeshire within the Data Centre Hardware / Infrastructure Sector. We are looking for a dynamic, technical Sales Manager to take ownership of the commercial growth for our Cambridgeshire based client, at a really exciting time for the business.You will be responsible for driving new business, managing key accounts, and delivering revenue targets, while also building and leading a small sales team. This position requires you to remain hands on in the sales process - identifying opportunities, engaging with clients, and closing deals yourself, as well as supporting your team to do the same.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to expand market share in the data centre sectorPersonally drive new business through proactive engagement and technical sales expertiseBuild, lead, and mentor a small sales team to achieve growth targetsManage relationships with key accounts and grow long term partnershipsProduce accurate forecasts, sales reports, and market intelligence to support decision makingWork closely with internal departments to align customer requirementsAbout You / QualificationsProven track record in technical sales, ideally within data centre hardware, IT infrastructure, or related technology sectorsExperience in both hands on selling and leading a small teamStrong ability to identify and convert new business opportunitiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsCommercially driven, with the resilience to achieve and exceed targetsDegree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or similar is desirable, though not essentialPlease apply or reach out if you have any questions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
