Our client is seeking a Technical Sales Support professional to join their team to support their ongoing success in delivering high-quality solutions to their clients. This role will primarily focus on preparing detailed technical proposals, handling inbound customer enquiries, and ensuring client needs are met effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound customer calls and inquiries, providing timely and accurate information Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable solutions by reviewing project specifications and site drawings Collaborate with internal departments to gather necessary information and ensure client requirements are met Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations using Microsoft Office, Sage 200, and Salesforce Create technical arrangement drawings using SolidWorks (training provided if needed) Develop a deep understanding of client requirements, specifications, and applications Produce detailed product information that highlights technical aspects, benefits, and applications for customers
