Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Director to drive growth for Merit in the UK & EU market. The role will focus on solution and consulting-led sales across our AI-powered solutions, data engineering and modernization services, and digital transformation offerings. You will engage with both enterprise information and intelligence businesses across industries as well as SME and mid-market clients looking to build software, modernize data platforms, or leverage AI to transform operations. As part of an established and experienced sales team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying opportunities, shaping client conversations, and closing high-value consulting and technology services engagements.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a results-driven sales leader with a strong track record in consultative IT and data/AI services sales. You will bring: 8+ years of experience selling IT services, solutions, or consulting engagements.
