Role Overview As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and building long-term relationships. Using knowledge of our products, you'll offer independent, tailored advice to help customers obtain the best from their existing contracts and access new opportunities. The majority of your time will be spent making outbound calls to existing customers, supporting their ongoing needs, identifying growth opportunities, and providing pricing and product information.
