The Territory Inside Sales Senior Director leads and develops a high-performing regional Inside Sales team to drive sales effectiveness and support growth objectives. Responsibilities include partnering with Sales Leads and Operations to create customer-focused strategies, managing a distributed team, recruiting and upskilling talent, optimizing processes and tools, maintaining content libraries, ensuring disciplined use of the Sales Process and CRM, aligning with Outside Sales and Operations on strategic pursuits, and fostering knowledge sharing across the global Inside Sales community.

Responsibilities

  • Team Management (30%)
    • Manage daily team operations to ensure agility on key pursuits and responsiveness to regional market needs.
    • Recruit and onboard talent with regional fluency, cross-border experience, and client-facing expertise.
    • Drive performance through regular feedback, tailored development plans, and constructive coaching.
    • Promote accountability, succession planning, and cross-regional collaboration through shared pursuits and knowledge exchange.
  • Territory Strategy (30%)
    • Participate in annual and quarterly business planning to align sales and operations for profitable regional growth.
    • Collaborate with Territory Sales Leads and Operations to prioritize high-value opportunities and focus the Inside Sales team on key prospects.
    • Oversee MPPs and Corporate Top Prospects using the Middle Game process, tracking progress against milestones.
    • Monitor and analyse sales performance and proposal metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Sales Process and Team Development (30%)
    • Support Global Sales and Sales Enablement to unify processes across regions and develop tools to enhance performance.
    • Ensure excellence in sales materials through coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and training.
    • Champion global initiatives locally, expand Inside Sales capabilities, integrate support hubs, and work with leadership to strengthen long-term team capacity, talent, and operational efficiency.
  • General (10%)
    • Lead by example in promoting a safe, incident-free culture and proactively safeguard team health.
    • Prioritize development and sharing of market-facing materials, including proofs and customer testimonials, while adhering to brand standards.
    • Ensure disciplined implementation of the Sales process, contribute strategically to opportunities, and maintain regional compliance with quality certifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (required); MBA or advanced degree (preferred). Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
  • Industry exposure: Strong understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and its impact on sales strategy. Prior exposure to complex infrastructure, energy, or industrial sectors is a plus.
  • Systems Proficiency: High proficiency with CRM platforms, MS Office, SharePoint, and sales enablement technologies.
  • Relevant industry experience to the role—including direct client-facing sales or proposal leadership, with several years in a regional or multi-country management role across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.
