The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Northern-based surgical sales or clinical professional, selling allograft tissue and associated medical devices to healthcare professionals within NHS and private hospitals. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for those with theatre sales or clinical experience, looking to build lasting relationships in a collaborative and rewarding environment.

As Territory Sales Manager North:

• Work with surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and medical staff to provide expert solutions.
• Present and demonstrate innovative products within ENT, Max Fax and skin reconstruction (burns and breast) procedures.
• Drive new business opportunities whilst maintaining existing accounts.
• Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on product applications.
• Attend medical conferences and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.

Requirements for Territory Sales Manager:

• Theatre sales experience
• OR experience as an Operating Department Practitioner (ODP), Theatre Manager, Theatre Nurse or Theatre Staff is an advantage.
• Previous exposure to or sales experience with similar medical products will enhance your application
• Full driving licence with no more then 6 points

The Package for Territory Sales Manager:

• £40-£60k basic salary DOE
• £15-20k uncapped OTE
