That's why we're looking for a Territory Sales Manager to join our team and help us bring our innovative solutions to merchants throughout the area.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth and bringing in new business through your own sales efforts from prospects, while also recruiting, growing, and leading a team of sales professionals. Using a consultative approach, you'll work closely with your local Division Manager to set appointments with business owners over the phone, face-to-face, through your network, and via referral partnerships.
You'll run scheduled appointments, uncover needs, and present Heartland solutions to close sales in target markets such as restaurants, retail, medical, manufacturing, lodging, auto repair, salons, and more.
During training, your Division Manager will accompany you on initial appointments to train you on our sales process using Atlas, our tablet-based CRM platform. You'll also work with Relationship Managers to help them achieve sales goals through coaching and training. You’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, work primarily from home, and maximize residual income from your business.
This role also involves recruiting, hiring, and developing your sales team, emphasizing that our people are our greatest asset and helping others succeed.
Compensation is performance-based, with weekly commissions, residuals, and portfolio ownership. If you're a consultative sales professional passionate about Payroll/HCM solutions, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering enthusiastic sales presentations
- Using Atlas CRM on your iPad or tablet to demonstrate our solutions
- Educating clients and referral partners about Payroll/HCM
- Maintaining communication with your Division Manager
- Training and coaching sales reps
- Recruiting local sales talent
Minimum qualifications include:
- 18 years or older
- Valid Driver’s License
- Successful background check
- Live in the area relative to the job location
Benefits include:
- W2 employment with health and dental insurance
- Uncapped commissions, residuals, and equity, with an expected first-year income of $90,000 - $105,000+
