This permanent role offers the opportunity to leverage your clinical expertise and sales acumen to drive the growth of long-term enteral feeding products and solutions across healthcare settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and through their Home Delivery service. The salary range and healthy OTE are competitive.ResponsibilitiesDevelop strategic business plans to drive the growth of enteral feeding products and solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and drive account initiatives.Serve as a clinical expert in enteral nutrition and feeding protocols, providing evidence-based recommendations.Preferred RequirementsManage and grow key accounts within the assigned territory to meet or exceed sales targets.Develop long-term strategic partnerships with healthcare institutions, including clinical staff and administrative decision-makers.Lead contract negotiations and product conversions.Identify emerging trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to inform territory planning and product positioning.Conduct in-services, training, and clinical presentations for clinical staff.QualificationsEducated to at least A-level standard or equivalent vocational qualification, with a nursing, medical sales, or clinical background.Demonstrable superior selling, negotiation, and presentation skills.Prior experience in enteral feeding or related therapeutic nutrition area and knowledge of home delivery service is highly desirable.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business DevelopmentIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing and Hospitals and Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
