The Role

As Territory Sales Manager, you will own a thriving North West region, driving sales of premium implant systems across NHS and private dental practices. The role is consultative, high‑autonomy, and the stepping stone to senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with dental practices, clinicians, and labs.
  • Identify, approach, and convert new business opportunities.
  • Deliver product training, demonstrations, and clinical support.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product specialists to drive brand awareness.
  • Achieve and exceed regional sales and growth targets.

You are a dynamic, results‑driven sales professional who thrives on building relationships and achieving growth.

Ideal Background & Attributes

  • 3–5+ years of successful field sales experience in medical, dental, or technical sectors.
  • Hunter mentality with strong influencing and communication skills.
  • Technically curious with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Self‑motivated, organised, and commercially sharp.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Experience within dental implants or medical devices is a strong advantage, but candidates from other technical sectors are encouraged to apply.
