Territory Sales Manager – Cardiff & Surrounding Areas

Our client, a global leader in professional hair care (with a £1bn+ turnover and a presence in 100+ countries), is looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to grow and support salon partnerships across Cardiff and the surrounding areas.


What You’ll Do

  • Build and strengthen relationships with salon accounts, becoming their go-to partner.
  • Spot opportunities to drive sales and hit ambitious targets.
  • Deliver marketing campaigns and product launches that excite and engage.
  • Ensure premium in-salon brand presence at every touchpoint.
  • Organise and support events to boost awareness and retail performance.


What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in face-to-face account management.
  • A confident, proactive approach with strong relationship-building skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Based in or close to Cardiff.
