TERRITORY SALES MANAGER CMB Recruitment is working with our client, a long standing and successful Engineering company in the construction sector, based in North Down. They are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join their team and successfully manage existing client relationships in ROI and identify and develop new sources of business there. This is already an important area of business for our client who is seeking to develop it further. Our client makes a range of premium products in their market, with a strong reputation which greatly aids the sales process. This is a fantastic opportunity for a buoyant salesperson to join a successful company. An excellent salary and commission package is available for the successful candidate, plus company vehicle, mobile, laptop, life assurance etc. THE ROLE Reporting to the Managing Director the Territory Sales Manager will be required to manage existing ROI on seller Client Accounts, field sales queries and close deals. The role is mostly based in our clients North Down premises with several trips to ROI per month to undertake research and meet existing and potential new customers to promote the companys range of products. These trips can be of several days duration. THE ROLE Identify, contact, and meet potential trade customers across Ireland. Develop and maintain strong relationships with trade suppliers. Manage existing trade accounts, handling queries, orders, and after-sales support. Prepare and deliver accurate quotes tailored to customer needs. Maintain a regular visit schedule and follow up on leads and opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Track sales performance and report on KPIs. THE PERSON Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction or trade supply. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage a field-based territory. Full driving licence and willingness to travel across Ireland. CRM experience is a plus. SALARY Our client is offering a highly attractive package based on the candidates level of relevant experience, comprising of a strong base salary plus uncapped commission.
