OverviewCotswold Hose and Fittings Limited require an experienced, all-round trade counter sales technician with knowledge of industrial hoses and accessories to join our Cirencester-based company that specialises in industrial hoses and accessories. This is a great opportunity for a skilled, practical, and experienced all-round can-do person looking for a new challenge within a small team. Ideally, they should understand all, or any of the Hydraulics, Engineering, Fluid Power, and Agricultural industries but this is not essential. If the right person is experienced and capable but from a different sector the company still wants to meet them. Cotswold Hose and Fittings guarantees their customers a solution, so providing a high level of service is essential, hence the successful applicant will be an enthusiastic, service-orientated person. Full training will be given, ensuring first-class customer service. Responsibilities

Managing trade counter sales and customer relations Serving customers face to face via the trade counter, or over the phone and email Make up hydraulic hoses to customer specifications Advising customers with technical questions about our product range Answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries Making outbound calls Develop new relationships with new clients, upsell with current clients and generate new revenue streams Sourcing and purchasing products Supporting stock control and product sourcing processes Stock take duties Good housekeeping skills including health and safety Goods in and out Producing quotes and other administrative duties Customer visits may be required Deliveries may be required

Salary and Benefits Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per annum (to be agreed with the successful candidate subject to experience).

Quarterly bonus available Overtime available Weekend work (1 in 3)
