This means we are in a fantastic position to support our Trade Customers to help their customers bring their dream kitchen and bedrooms to life. Main Responsibilities
Recruit and develop new Trade Customers from your local area Keep in regular contact with your personal Trade Customer base Inspire customers by showcasing the boundless possibilities of Wren's kitchen and bedroom designs, all from the comfort of their homes. Guide customers throughout the entire process, from initial inquiry to their first design, and witness the transformation of their dream kitchen and bedrooms into reality Conduct thorough surveys of customers' homes, accurately measuring and capturing reference photos. Explain this process to the customer during your visit Effectively manage your schedule, allocating sufficient time to each customer to create their dream design Remain an active presence in your area, proactively identifying opportunities to generate interest in Wren and actively follow up and keep in contact with all leads, using the Wren way to guarantee success Read, understand and adhere to policies and procedures relating to Health and Safety and the Integrated Management System responsibilities document
You will receive a basic salary of £30,000 with uncapped commission and an OTE of £65,000. What we offer

About You
A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail Commitment to delivering an exceptional level of service to every customer Ability to work independently Proven sales experience, ideally within the trade sales sector Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points Organised and capable of working independently, effectively managing your time to optimise each customer's experience
