Trainee Recruitment Consultant Conducting business development to win new clients

Meeting with clients and keeping up to date with hiring criteria

Sourcing candidates through headhunting, advertising, and networking

Interviewing candidates

Managing the end-to-end interview process

Negotiating the best contract for your candidate and managing any queries

Building your online presence, and constantly adding to your network

Consistently working towards individual and team targets

The Ideal Candidate

Trainee Recruitment Consultant 6+ months of sales experience

working towards targets/commission/cold-calling etc.

Positive attitude and excellent

problem-solving

skills

Financial drive with the desire to earn above a basic pay

Confident speaking with high level clients on and off the phone
