Your Role as a Recruitment Consultant:
As a Recruitment Consultant, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Organising Interviews and Guiding Candidates: Managing interview processes and assisting candidates throughout.

Delivering and Closing Offers: Successfully negotiating offers to secure placements.
