As a Sales Advisor, you'll play a key role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You'll engage with customers face-to-face, handle phone enquiries, and visit clients locally to provide tailored storage solutions. Your goal is to build strong relationships and ensure every customer leaves with the perfect solution for their needs. Key Responsibilities

Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

Advise customers both in person and over the phone, providing expert guidance on storage options.

Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain excellent customer service standards.

Highlight the benefits of our self-storage solutions and demonstrate what sets us apart.

Maintain a safe, compliant working environment following Health & Safety regulations.

Travel between stores as needed to support business operations, ensuring flexibility and coverage.

Contribute to the growth and profitability of the facility through exceptional sales performance.

About You

Experience in sales or customer service, ideally with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

Customer-focused with the drive to deliver exceptional service.

Enthusiasm for the self-storage industry and commitment to personal development.

Full, clean driving licence is essential

– the role requires travel between stores within the South-East region.

Flexible and able to travel reasonably from your base store, with travel expenses reimbursed for work-related journeys.
