Based in Altens, Aberdeen, we are offering a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Sales Administrator to join our growing team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, ideal for someone eager to learn and develop within a supportive, fast-paced environment.


What you’ll do:

  • Provide administrative support to the Sales, Expediting, and Warehouse teams.
  • Carry out general admin tasks such as filing, maintaining records, updating internal systems and portals, ordering stationery, and processing Material Movement Tickets (MMTs).
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to obtain and communicate delivery updates.
  • Learn and assist with basic document control processes.
  • Develop understanding of key areas such as import procedures, commodity codes, and country of origin requirements.
  • Support internal sales operations as required.
  • Ensure all administrative duties are completed accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
  • Carry out any other duties as required to support the wider business.
