are looking for a Media Sales Executive to join our clients successful publishing team. Are you tenacious and self-motivated with good people skills? If so, we would like to hear from you. The role we have sits within the commercial arm of the outdoor leisure team within the Campsite Department, working across websites, email, video, social media and magazines in both paper and digital formats, as well as annual guide books. It involves developing and maintaining a client base by building strong relationships with new and existing clients with a view to exceeding sales targets and KPIs. The objectives for this position will include: Developing a good understanding of the industry you are working within, including competitor knowledge and where we sit within the market Creating new revenue opportunities within the market, come up with ideas and marketing solutions for existing and new clients to help both the client and increase revenues The opportunity to evolve to face-to-face meetings which would involve national travel Managing relationships within the industry, and follow campaigns through making sure they deliver what has been agreed with the client Having a consultative approach with clients, listen to their needs, understand their marketing campaign and create a solution to meet the client goals Negotiating rates, terms and contracts with clients Providing excellent customer service to all clients, at all times, addressing any concerns or issues promptly Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends and implement these into your sales opportunities Manage your campaigns to include collaborating with internal teams, production, content, and marketing to ensure campaigns are communicated well and are successful Prepare forecasts for the management team Attend annual industry events to meet current clients, and develop new revenue opportunities Full on-the-job training will be given.
