Responsibilities Representing Peak Performance UK’s clients to prospective customers with confidence and clarity Learning proven sales techniques through hands-on coaching and mentorship Building relationships, identifying client needs, and delivering tailored solutions Hitting targets and celebrating wins, big and small, with a supportive team Developing your own campaigns and sales style in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications No prior sales experience required, just the drive to succeed and a competitive mindset
Required Skills A self-starter with strong communication skills and a resilient mindset Passion for personal development, performance, and helping others succeed Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a high-energy sales culture
Pay range and compensation package Uncapped OTE earnings - £29,000 - £36,000+
