What You’ll Be Doing
* Turning warm inbound and outbound enquiries into confirmed bookings
* Creating memorable customer experiences through friendly, professional conversations
* Guiding clients through the booking process both in person and over the phone
* Promoting premium upgrades and add-ons to enhance every sale
* Supporting seasonal promotions like early booking and low deposit offers
* Sharing ideas to improve team performance and reporting system issues when needed
What You’ll Bring
* Proven success in a fast-paced sales conversion role and customer service environment
* Confidence and warmth on the phone, especially with inbound sales calls
* Sharp attention to detail and strong IT skills (Windows, Office, Outlook)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, enthusiastic attitude
