About the Role
Our Sales function operates 7 days a week, currently from 09:00 to 20:30 daily, with shifts split into 09:00-17:30, 12:00-20:30, and 09:00-20:30. This is a home-based role that can be done from anywhere across Ireland. Candidates willing to work weekends are especially welcome.
The role of the Travel Sales Consultant involves handling qualified, warm, inbound leads. You will use your experience, knowledge, and passion for travel to provide an exceptional experience for our customers.

This role is self-employed and commission-only. We cannot accept applications from non-Ireland residents.
- Handling inbound, qualified leads generated by our marketing campaigns — no cold calling.
- Delivering a world-class customer experience for all loveholidays customers.
- Using your knowledge of various holiday destinations to advise customers credibly and authentically.
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets — your effort equals your reward.
- Representing loveholidays as a trusted brand ambassador and knowledgeable source for our customers.
- Potential OTE of €45k+ (uncapped) per year for full-time consultants, with top performers earning over €80k annually.
About You
- At least 2 years of B2C travel sales experience selling to Irish customers (Must Have).
- A passion for travel — especially important given the recent challenges in the industry.
- Confidence in converting leads into sales and working towards targets.
- A people person who enjoys engaging with diverse customers to find their perfect holiday.
- Excellent communication skills, rapport-building, and customer query resolution.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to operate as if running your own business.
- Comfortable working on a self-employed, commission-only basis, with flexibility for evenings and weekends to meet customer demand.
