Welcoming customers and guiding them through their showroom experience

Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable vehicles

Arranging and conducting test drives

Presenting and selling value-added products

Working to and exceeding monthly sales targets

Delivering a first-class customer experience from start to finish

About You

? Previous face-to-face sales experience (ideally automotive or retail) ? Driven, competitive, and motivated to maximise commission ? Excellent communication and negotiation skills ? Customer-focused and professional approach ? Full UK Driving Licence ? FCA accreditation (training provided if not already qualified) Whats on Offer

?? £22,000 Basic + Uncapped Commission ?? Realistic OTE of £48,000+ (top earners exceed this regularly) ?? 42.5-hour week | 5 days a week ?
