Venue Sales Executive 15Hatfields is one of Londons most sustainable conference and events venues, renowned for exceptional service, adaptable spaces and a firmly embedded commitment to environmental best practice. We host a diverse mix of conferences, meetings, training, awards, receptions and private events for mission-led organisations and leading brands. The Role To proactively drive venue sales by converting enquiries into confirmed bookings, nurturing repeat business and building strong client relationships. Youll also support profile-raising activity through digital marketing, helping position 15Hatfields as Londons most sustainable conference and events venue. Key Responsibilities Own the enquiry-to-conversion journey: qualify, propose, negotiate and close.

Deliver against monthly and annual revenue, conversion and pipeline KPIs.

Craft compelling, accurate proposals, quotes and event briefs; manage hold options and deadlines.

Host site visits/show-rounds that converttailored to client needs and sector.

Maintain a live pipeline and accurate records in the venue CRM; produce weekly sales reports and forecasts.

Work closely with Marketing on content, case studies, digital outreach and email campaigns.

Maximise yield through smart date management, packages and shoulder-day strategies.

Handover seamlessly to Operations post-contract, ensuring all client requirements are captured.

Proactively develop repeat and referral business across core sectors and key accounts.

Represent 15Hatfields at industry showcases, fam trips and networking as required.
