Job Title: VP of Sales

Salary: £90,000 - £100,000 per annum + Full benefits package

A rapidly growing SaaS organisation, with a strong presence in both the UK and the USA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced sales leader to join them on their exciting journey of expansion.


The Role

We are looking for an experienced VP of Sales to join our senior leadership team in Manchester. In this pivotal role, you will develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market success. This is a unique opportunity to operate at board level, shape strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing sales function in a fast-paced environment.


Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a global sales plan, ensuring all messaging, tools, and strategies are effectively deployed.
  • Design and execute impactful sales campaigns and initiatives that align with and motivate the sales team.
  • Build and manage a comprehensive knowledge system for collecting and organising critical deal and customer information.
  • Create and deliver thorough onboarding and ongoing training programmes for the sales team and other departments.
  • Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, product, and operations to ensure seamless collaboration and aligned objectives.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team, fostering professional development and managing performance to build a culture of success.


Who We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within a SaaS or software sales organisation. Knowledge of the cybersecurity market is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrable success in motivating and managing a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a passion for upskilling team members.
  • An analytical mindset, proficient in tracking KPIs and using data to optimise sales performance.
  • Hands-on experience with modern sales enablement and productivity tools.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and autonomous work ethic, coupled with a results-driven attitude.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including experience with board-level reporting and forecasting.
