We encourage you to step beyond your comfort zone, offering resources and flexibility to foster your professional and personal growth, all while valuing your unique contributions.ResponsibilitiesAccountable for SLS downstream strategy and supporting sales performance for AM/EMEA ZonesResponsible Commercial liaison to SLS Business Line (BL) Head and Senior ManagementFocus on market needs and requirements and manage BL performance and support ZBL on SLS GTM strategy definition for distinct Product LinesSupport ZBLs, Head of SLS Sales, SLS Marketing Head, or SLS Sales Specialists as follows: development and implementation of downstream SLS sales strategies; support in setting sales targets based on GTM and Product Lines strategiesPositioning of SLS portfolio in Zones within defined SLS GTM strategyConversation with BL on Zone escalations and performance plansAlignment of downstream marketing collateral needs between BL and Zone marketing teamsTransfer of customer and market needs to global Business Line through reviews and sounding boardsArrange development of dedicated Sales resources in alignment with BL and ZBLs along GTM and customer needsAssist sales teams through sales enablement initiatives and ensure availability of technical product trainings with necessary supportManage relationships with KOLs/advisory boards and coordinate and support BL external representationQualifications And Experience15+ years’ experience and success in commercial management / GM roles, with a preference to have strong Marketing & Sales experience in In Vitro IndustryMinimum bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline.
