Role Description

This is a contract remote role for a Volunteer Sales Team Manager (Startup Track) at NxtGener. The Sales Team Manager will oversee, support, and guide a team of employees, freelancers & volunteers, executing sales strategies and driving team performance. Daily tasks will include team management, communications, customer service, and training. The Manager will work closely with different departments to align sales goals with the company’s mission and objectives.

Qualifications

• Team Management and Training skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proven experience in Sales
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Passion for education and community development
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus

The Role:

• Build, train & motivate a small team of student recruitment associates.
• Help design outreach strategies & lead pipeline management in CRM.
• Collaborate with founders on business growth plans
