The Vice President of Sales - EMEA will provide executive and strategic leadership in business operations, commercial execution, new market entry and business development for our land based gaming business. Reporting to the SVP – Asia & EMEA, the role will provide consistent value to our customers, be the leader on the ground guiding the execution of critical initiatives with a goal to increase overall market penetration in EMEA. The successful candidate will collaborate both with the EMEA partners set but equally across the global matrix structure to deliver the region’s growth strategy.
What you'll do Lead the development, communication, and implementation of effective growth strategies. Liaise with relevant, global functions to realize adjacent market opportunities. Be a strategic business partner to senior leaders within the broader Aristocrat organization. Collaborate with internal customers such as Design and Development, Product Management, Tech Services, Finance, Pricing, Marketing, BF&S, Gaming Operations and Systems to drive EMEA business initiatives and complete all key priorities.
