Role Overview
Salary: £25,000–£28,000 FTE (based on experience)
Bonus/Commission: OTE of £30,000+ full-time, pro-rata for part-time
Hours: Full-time (35–37.5 hrs) or part-time (min. 25 hrs/week)
Location: Remote (NI/ ROI based ideal)
Job Type: Permanent

About Us
We’re Cowfield Design, a small, family-run Irish gift company creating modern, place-inspired products with a touch of nostalgia and a lot of heart.
You’ll already find us stocked in Belfast City Airport, Titanic Belfast, and Shannon Heritage sites… and we’re just getting started.
This role will play a key part in our next stage of growth, helping us secure accounts like Dublin Airport, Avoca, and Irish Ferries, as well as deepening relationships with current ones.
About You
You’ve got solid sales experience and know how to build trust and rapport over the phone. You like the idea of working with a growing small business. You’re confident, curious, and don’t shy away from chasing opportunities, even the big ones.
You might be returning to work after a break or just looking for a role that works around life. You want to do work that feels meaningful and flexible but still make a real impact.
Key Skills and Experience (Required)
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Confidence and warmth over the phone - essential
- A friendly, professional approach that builds trust
- Strong admin and organisational skills
- Comfortable using email and spreadsheets
- The ability to work independently and manage your own time
- An interest in creative or design-led products
- Motivation to meet goals and help a small business grow
What You’ll Do
- Identify and contact new potential stockists (gift shops, event companies, cafes, tourist spots)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with wholesale clients
- Follow up on warm leads and corporate enquiries
- Send quotes, manage orders and reorders
- Support product launches and gifting campaigns
- Help us win major new accounts and spot growth opportunities
Support & Training
We’ll provide full product training, materials, and support. While remote, you’ll be well-connected to our small team, with weekly and monthly meetings.
